- 12 tablespoons caramel sundae topping, divided
- 3 cups caramel cookie (or vanilla) ice cream (or gelato), divided
- 24 oz unsweetened cold brew coffee, divided
- 12 tablespoons pressurized whipped cream
- 6 biscotti cookies (optional)
Steps
- Place in each serving cup: 1 tablespoon caramel, ½ cup ice cream, and 4 oz coffee.
- Top each serving with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and 1 tablespoon caramel. Garnish with biscotti, if using. Serve.
