Ingredients
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut (+ more, optional)
- ¾ cup grenadine
- ⅓ cup powdered milk
- 3 tablespoons roasted, shelled pistachios
Steps
- Line 9-inch baking dish with foil. Melt butter. Combine coconut, grenadine, milk, and butter, then press mixture firmly into pan.
- Chop pistachios; press pistachios and additional coconut, if using, gently into mixture. Chill 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
