Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 ½ oz dark rum
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Maraschino cherry (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Place ice, rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice in blender; blend until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass; garnish with cherry, if desired.
Other Preparation Methods
Don't like pineapple?
Substitute mango nectar for the pineapple juice. Take it up another notch by using frozen mango chunks in place of the ice.
Switch up the flavor.
Substitute coffee liqueur for the rum. Swirl a thin stream of chocolate syrup into glass before adding the drink.
