Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ lb Kobe-blend ground beef burgers
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 teaspoons ketchup
- 4 tablespoons cooked bacon pieces
- 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 4 slices American cheese
- 8 pickle chips
Steps
- Preheat large sauté pan (or grill pan) on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Season burgers with salt and pepper. Place burgers in pan (wash hands); cook 3–4 minutes on each side until 160°F.
- Meanwhile, slice onion and tomato. Spread 1 teaspoon ketchup on bottom half of each bun, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon bacon bits. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on top half of each bun.
- Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with cheese, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and top halves of buns. Serve.
