Ingredients
- 1 orange, for zest/segments
- 1 medium tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, for juice
- ½ cup diced fresh red onions
- ½ cup tri-pepper mix (diced fresh green, red, and yellow bell peppers)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- Tortilla chips (optional for dipping)
Steps
- Zest orange (1 teaspoon), then peel and cut into segments. Chop tomato, discarding seeds. Chop garlic and cilantro finely. Juice lime (1 teaspoon).
- Place all ingredients (except chips) in large bowl and stir until blended. Serve with tortilla chips, if using.
