Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- Parchment paper
- 1 loaf Bakery French bread
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ cup cream cheese frosting
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
Steps
- Set butter out to soften. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice bread in half lengthwise, then place cut-side up on baking sheet.
- Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon electric mixer on MEDIUM until well blended. Divide mixture evenly between bread halves, spreading from end to end.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until topping is hot and bread is golden and toasted. Let bread stand 10 minutes to cool, then cut into 2-inch slices. Meanwhile, whisk frosting and milk until smooth. Drizzle icing over bread and serve.
