Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
- ⅓ cup smoked almonds
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 cup shaved (or shredded) Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon pieces
- 1 (4.4 oz) container pomegranate arils
Steps
- Halve sprouts and slice thinly, discarding root ends. Chop almonds coarsely.
- Combine in large bowl: Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until blended; add oil and whisk to blend. Add sprouts, Parmesan, bacon, almonds, and pomegranate arils; toss to coat. Serve.
