Ingredients
- 1 (16-ct) package chocolate chip cookies
- 3 oz slice flourless chocolate torte, divided
- 2 cups peanut butter trinity ice cream
Steps
- Place 8 cookies, face down, on a cutting board or baking sheet. Slice torte into 8 equal pieces (the same size as cookie).
- Place 1 scoop (¼ cup) of ice cream onto each cookie, then add 1 piece of torte.
- Finish with remaining 8 cookies on top of torte and serve immediately (or wrap individually with parchment paper and freeze until ready to serve).
