Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), melted
- 1 ½ cups GreenWise cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons GreenWise vanilla extract
- 2 GreenWise large brown eggs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups GreenWise almond flour
- ¼ cup GreenWise unsweetened coconut flakes
- Parchment paper
- Cooking spray
- ½ cup GreenWise semisweet chocolate morsels
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter. Place in bowl of stand mixer: butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs, salt, flour, and coconut; mix on low speed 2–3 minutes or until combined.
- Line 8-inch square, nonstick baking dish with parchment paper; coat with spray. Spread batter evenly into dish; bake 20 minutes.
- Remove dish from oven; sprinkle chocolate morsels over top, pressing down gently into mixture. Bake 25–30 more minutes until chocolate has melted.
- Let blondies stand in pan until cooled completely; cut into bars and serve.
