Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) container fresh strawberries
- 2 medium bananas
- 8 (4-inch) bamboo skewers
- 1 (3.3-oz) dried coconut chips
- 1 (9-oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Steps
- Remove stems from strawberries; peel and slice bananas into 1-inch rounds. Thread fruit, alternating items, onto skewers.
- Crush coconut chips into small pieces; place on a large plate. Add chocolate to microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving, and stirring, in 30 second intervals until smooth.
- Dip fruit skewers into chocolate (allow excess to drip off); coat in coconut. Arrange skewers on baking sheets and chill until hardened.
