Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- ½ small red onion
- 1 lime, for juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Tortilla chips (optional for serving)
Steps
- Remove and discard seeds and pulp from tomatoes; chop tomatoes finely (about 3 cups) and place in medium bowl.
- Chop bell pepper and onion; add to bowl with tomatoes.
- Squeeze lime juice over tomato mixture and season with salt; toss to coat. Serve with tortilla chips, if using.
