Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup Italian parsley, finely chopped

Steps

    1. Combine in small mixing bowl: garlic, salt, and pepper until blended; mash until paste forms. Stir in remaining ingredients until emulsified. Set aside 1 hour. Serve.
