Ingredients
- 1 package fully cooked grilled chicken breast strips (8–9 oz)
- ¼ bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 (8 oz) container light cream cheese spread
- ¼ cup sliced fresh green onions
- 1 cup mild salsa
- 1 cup reduced-fat Mexican-style shredded cheese blend
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium taco seasoning
- 1 (10 oz) package black bean hummus
- 2 (8 ct) packages low-carb whole wheat flour tortillas
Steps
- Chop chicken and cilantro finely. Combine chicken, cilantro, cream cheese spread, onions, salsa, shredded cheese, and taco seasoning in large bowl; beat with electric mixer on LOW until blended.
- Divide hummus evenly among centers of tortillas (about 1 tablespoon each); top with even amount chicken mixture (about ⅓ cup each), then roll up tightly. Arrange seam-side down on baking sheet; refrigerate 15 minutes or until chilled. Serve.
