Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh (or frozen) fully cooked chicken breast strips
  • Parchment paper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 spicy dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 (13.8 oz) refrigerated rolled pizza crust
  • 4 slices bacon
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-style four cheese blend
  • Ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Set cream cheese out to soften. Thaw chicken if needed. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Slice onion and pickles thinly (⅓ cup each). Chop chives and dill finely.
    3. Unroll dough onto baking sheet and prebake following package instructions. Cook bacon until crisp following package instructions; drain and let stand to cool, then chop coarsely.
    4. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust, then sprinkle evenly with onions, pickles, bacon, chicken, and cheese.
    5. Bake 6–10 minutes until cheese has melted, edges are golden, and chicken is 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with dill and chives. Slice and serve with ranch for dipping, if using.
