Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- 1 loaf Bakery French bread
- 1 chilled Deli oven roasted chicken
- 1 (16 oz) container Deli artichoke and spinach dip
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice bread in half lengthwise, then place cut-side up on baking sheet. Shred chicken (breast meat only; about 2 cups). Combine chicken, dip, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Divide chicken mixture evenly between bread halves, spreading from end to end. Top evenly with remaining 1 cup mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese has melted and chicken is 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes to cool, then cut into 3-inch slices. Serve.
