Ingredients
- ¾ lb fried chicken tenders (3-4)
- 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley (coarsely chopped)
- 4 waffles
- 4 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chicken gravy
- 2 teaspoons chipotle pepper sauce (optional)
Prep
- Preheat oven on broil.
- Chop parsley.
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Steps
- Broil waffles 30 seconds on each side to toast lightly. Place cheese on waffles; top with chicken.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons gravy over chicken. Broil 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts and chicken is hot.
- Sprinkle with parsley and ½ teaspoon pepper sauce. Serve.
