Ingredients

  • 16 frozen breaded chicken nuggets
  • 16 (6-inch) wooden skewers
  • 1 ½ cups dry Belgian waffle mix*
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 large egg (or ¼ cup egg substitute)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce

Steps

    1. Preheat waffle iron on medium. Place nuggets on flat surface and thread each onto 1 skewer.
    2. Prepare waffle mix following package instructions (using listed water, oil, and egg). Coat waffle iron with spray.
