Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen whole mixed berries
  • 1 ½ cups plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup cranberry almond granola
  • 4 tablespoons unfiltered honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Steps

    1. Thaw fruit following package instructions.
    2. Combine yogurt and chia seeds until blended. Divide evenly among serving bowls; top with fruit and granola.
    3. Combine honey and turmeric until blended; drizzle over bowls. Serve.
