Cheesy Ham and Egg Breakfast Mug

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1 large egg
  • 5 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons diced, cooked ham

Steps

    1. Coat inside of a 12 oz microwave-safe mug with spray. Cut bread into ½-inch cubes. Place egg, milk, salt, and pepper in mug and beat with fork until blended.
    2. Stir bread, cheese, and ham into mug. Let stand 5 minutes. Microwave on HIGH 1 ½–2 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time, until center is 160°F and edges are beginning to pull away from sides of mug (microwave ovens may vary). Let stand 1 minutes before serving.
    Caution: Mug will be hot; touch only by handle.
