Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 5 oz sliced fresh onions (about 1 ¼ cups)
- 1 cup sliced fresh white mushrooms
- 7 ½ oz fully cooked beef tips with gravy
- 4 oz cheddar-jalapeño cheese, divided
- 4 Deli flatbread wraps
Steps
- Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place butter in pan; swirl to coat. Add onions and mushrooms; cook 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables begin to soften. Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill.
- Stir beef tips and gravy into pan; cook 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up meat, until heated. Shred cheese (1 cup).
- Place ¼ cup cheese on 1 end of each wrap; divide beef mixture over top of cheese. Roll wrap around filling and place on grill, seam side down. Close lid and grill 2–3 minutes until toasted and 145°F. Serve.
