Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop cauliflower into 2-inch pieces.
    2. Combine cauliflower and Alfredo sauce in 9-inch square baking dish; top with bread crumbs.
    3. Bake 30–35 minutes or until bubbly and cauliflower is tender.

    Other Preparation Methods

    Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut 1 head cauliflower into large florets and toss with olive oil and fresh thyme. Place on baking sheet; bake 15–20 minutes or until tender. Serve with cheese sauce.

    Boil: Add cauliflower florets to 6 cups boiling water with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cook 5–7 minutes or until tender.
