- 1 bunch green onions

- 1 clove garlic
- 2 ½ cups matchstick carrots
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
Steps
- Slice green onions. Cut cucumber into bite-size pieces. Mince garlic (1 teaspoon). Combine all ingredients; serve immediately or chill to intensify flavors.
