Ingredients

  • 2 (1.9-oz) packages frozen fillo cups, thawed
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella pearls (or log)
  • 1 (14-oz) container tomato bruschetta, drained
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, optional

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare fillo cups following package instructions. Chop cheese into small pieces (if needed); drain bruschetta.
    2. Combine bruschetta and cheese. Fill fillo cups with bruschetta mixture; drizzle with glaze if desired. Serve.
