Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, halved
- 8 tablespoons Deli guacamole
- 4 hamburger buns
- 8 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 4 frozen turkey (or beef) burger patties
- 4 slices pepper-jack cheese
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan). Cut bacon slices in half, then cook following package instructions (wash hands).
- Spread 2 tablespoons guacamole on each top-half buns. Combine sour cream and paprika, then spread 2 tablespoons on each bottom-half bus.
- Grill burgers following package instructions. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese and let stand to melt. Slice tomato.
- Assemble burgers with even amounts bacon and tomatoes. Serve.
