Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen salad shrimp
  • Large zip-top bag
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup peach salsa
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 Bakery French Hamburger Rolls

Steps

    1. Thaw shrimp (place in large zip-top bag, seal tightly, and place under cold running water 5–10 minutes).
    2. Combine remaining ingredients (except rolls) in medium bowl. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry; stir into salsa mixture.
    3. Slice rolls in half. Spoon shrimp mixture onto half of rolls; assemble sandwiches and serve.
