Ingredients
- 3 oz red radishes
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced fresh red onions
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 10 oz angel hair cabbage
Steps
- Trim radishes; cut jalapeño in half; remove membranes and seeds. Place in food processor: radishes, onions, cilantro, garlic, and 1 pepper half (reserve other half for another use); pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Whisk oil, sour cream, vinegar, salt, and pepper in medium bowl until blended; stir in radish mixture. Add cabbage; toss gently until evenly coated. Chill until ready to serve.
