Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1 lb frozen yucca (about 4 cups)
- 2 tablespoons minced dried onions
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Place water, yucca, and onion in a large saucepot on high; cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook 30–35 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. Drain. Top evenly with butter, salt, and pepper. Serve.
