Ingredients

  • 1 (24 oz) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Buffalo wing sauce

Steps

    1. Combine potatoes, 2 tablespoons blue cheese, butter, and wing sauce in microwave-safe bowl.
    2. Cover and microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir and microwave 2–3 more minutes until hot. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon blue cheese. Serve.
