Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh pizza dough
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- ⅔ cup cooked chicken (or shredded Deli oven-roasted chicken)
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ cup blue cheese (or ranch) salad dressing
Steps
- Remove dough from refrigerator and let stand 1 hour (do not remove from bag until stand time completed).
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2-sided tabletop grill with foil, then preheat. Sprinkle flour over clean work surface. Roll dough into 8 x 10-inch oval.
- Brush 1 side of dough lightly with ½ tablespoon olive oil, then place oiled-side down on grill. Brush other side with remaining ½ tablespoon oil. Close lid and grill 4–5 minutes until crust is golden. Meanwhile, combine chicken and ½ cup wing sauce in medium bowl.
- Transfer pizza crust from grill to baking sheet. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons wing sauce evenly over crust. Cover with ½ cup cheese, then top with chicken mixture. Spoon small dollops of salad dressing evenly over top of pizza. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake 7–9 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crisp. Let stand 3–5 minutes, then slice and serve.
