- Nonstick aluminum foil
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheet with foil; arrange bacon in single layer.
- Combine sugar and pepper; coat bacon with sugar mix. Bake 20–25 minutes or until crispy and caramelized. Let stand 5 minutes to cool slightly before serving. Serve.
