Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit, for juice and garnish
- 1 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
- 2 oz whiskey
Steps
- Squeeze ½ grapefruit for juice (1 ½ oz). Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add all ingredients (except garnish).
- Shake well; strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with grapefruit, if desired.
Other Preparation Methods
- Make it a snapper. Substitute cranberry juice for the grapefruit juice and ½ oz amaretto for the honey syrup. Top with a squeeze of lime juice.
