Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ¼ cup Italian-blend shredded cheese
Steps
- Cut broccoli into large florets; dice tomato.
- Preheat oil in large sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Add broccoli to pan; cook and stir 7–8 minutes or until tender.
- Add tomatoes to broccoli; cook 2–3 more minutes or until tomatoes are hot. Top with cheese.
Other Preparation
Microwave: Place 2 cups broccoli florets in microwave-safe bowl with 1 tablespoon water and cover; microwave on HIGH 4–5 minutes or until tender.
Grill: Place 2 cups large broccoli florets in foil pouch with a drizzle of olive oil and seasoning. Grill over indirect heat 20–25 minutes or until tender.
