Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) Bakery pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Butter-flavor cooking spray
- 3 eggs (or 1 ½ cups egg substitute)
- 1 cup shredded light Mexican-blend cheese
- ½ cup cooked diced ham
- ¼ cup frozen seasoning blend (diced onions, celery, bell peppers)
- ¼ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
Steps
- Remove dough from refrigerator and let stand one hour (do not remove from bag until stand time completed).
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Flour hands lightly and pat dough evenly into lightly greased or nonstick pizza pan. (Or turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll to desired thickness.) Coat dough with spray.
- Combine remaining ingredients until blended; spread mixture over dough leaving a 1-inch border. Bake pizza 15 minutes. Use large spatula to slide pizza from baking pan directly onto oven rack. Bake 5 more minutes. Serve.
