Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) Bakery pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Butter-flavor cooking spray
  • 3 eggs (or 1 ½ cups egg substitute)
  • 1 cup shredded light Mexican-blend cheese
  • ½ cup cooked diced ham
  • ¼ cup frozen seasoning blend (diced onions, celery, bell peppers)
  • ¼ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt

Steps

    1. Remove dough from refrigerator and let stand one hour (do not remove from bag until stand time completed).
    2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Flour hands lightly and pat dough evenly into lightly greased or nonstick pizza pan. (Or turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll to desired thickness.) Coat dough with spray.
    3. Combine remaining ingredients until blended; spread mixture over dough leaving a 1-inch border. Bake pizza 15 minutes. Use large spatula to slide pizza from baking pan directly onto oven rack. Bake 5 more minutes. Serve.
