Ingredients
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- 3 ¼ lb cut-up whole chicken
- ¼ cup lite zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Large zip-top bag
- Cooking spray
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F; line baking sheet with foil. Place chicken in large mixing bowl (wash hands). Pour dressing over chicken; stir to coat evenly.
- Place bread crumbs and Parmesan in bag, seal, and shake to mix. Add chicken to bread crumb mixture. Seal bag and shake until chicken is evenly coated.
- Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with any remaining bread crumb mixture, then coat with spray. Bake 45 minutes or until coating is golden and chicken is 165°F. Serve.
