Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 2 (16 oz) jars sweet & sour red cabbage
  • ½ cup diced fresh yellow onions
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps

    1. Peel apple, if desired, then chop (about 1 ½ cups). Drain cabbage
    2. Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl and cover. Microwave on HIGH 3–5 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly heated. Stir again and serve.

Microwaves vary; adjust time as needed.
