Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 medium, ripe bananas
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 ½ cups low-fat (or nondairy) milk
- ⅔ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
Steps
- Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses; serve.
