Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 medium, ripe bananas
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 ½ cups low-fat (or nondairy) milk
  • ⅔ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds

Steps

    1. Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into serving glasses; serve.
