Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon creamy almond butter
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla (or plain) yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almondmilk
- 4 large ice cubes
- ¼ cup frosted corn flakes cereal
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen (or fresh) mango chunks
Steps
- Peel banana and cut into chunks; freeze 25 minutes (or overnight).
- Add banana, maple syrup, chia seeds, almond butter, yogurt, almondmilk, and ice to blender (or food processor bowl) and blend until smooth.
- Divide among serving bowls and top with even amounts cereal, almonds, blueberries, and mango chunks. Serve.
