Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 (24 oz) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 teaspoons cooked bacon pieces

Steps

    1. Chop chives; combine with remaining ingredients in microwave-safe bowl.
    2. Cover and microwave on HIGH 4–5 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time, until hot. Stir and serve.
