Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- Quart-size zip-top (or pastry) bag
- ½ cup baby arugula leaves
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup cooked bacon pieces
Steps
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks carefully and place in small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork; stir in dressing until well blended. Transfer mixture to bag. Seal bag, then cut off 1 corner and fill each egg.
- Dice arugula. Top each egg with even amounts tomatoes, bacon, and arugula. Serve.
