Ingredients

  • 6 blackberries
  • 6 fresh mint leaves (+ more, optional for garnish)
  • 2 oz gold rum
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 oz club soda
  • Lime slice (optional for garnish)

Steps

    1. Muddle blackberries and mint leaves in a Collins glass.
    2. Add ice, rum, simple syrup, and lime juice; stir well.
    3. Top with club soda. Garnish with lime slice and mint leaves, if desired.

    Make it for a crowd.
    Make 6 servings by muddling 36 blackberries and 36 mint leaves in serving pitcher. Add 15 oz gold rum, ¾ cup simple syrup, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and 12 oz club soda; stir well.

    Make it frosty.
    Place all ingredients (except club soda and garnishes) and 1 cup ice in blender; blend until smooth. Top with club soda.
