Ingredients
- 1 (1.9-oz) box frozen mini phyllo shells
- 4 oz brie cheese
- ⅓ cup seedless blackberry preserves
- ¼ cup smoked almonds
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange shells on baking sheet.
- Dice cheese into ½-inch squares. Fill each shell with 1 cube brie and 1 teaspoon preserves. Bake 7–8 minutes and until cheese has melted. Meanwhile, chop almonds finely.
- Remove shells from oven; top evenly with almonds and cayenne. Serve.
