Blackberry-Brie Phyllo Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (1.9-oz) box frozen mini phyllo shells
  • 4 oz brie cheese
  • ⅓ cup seedless blackberry preserves
  • ¼ cup smoked almonds
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange shells on baking sheet.
    2. Dice cheese into ½-inch squares. Fill each shell with 1 cube brie and 1 teaspoon preserves. Bake 7–8 minutes and until cheese has melted. Meanwhile, chop almonds finely.
    3. Remove shells from oven; top evenly with almonds and cayenne. Serve.
