Ingredients
- 1 small green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
- 1 (15.5-oz) can black-eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
- ⅓ cup prediced fresh tomatoes
- ¼ cup prediced red onions
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 Hass avocado
Steps
- Chop pepper (½ cup) and basil; place both in medium bowl. Stir in peas, tomatoes, onion, and dressing.
- Cut avocado into quarters and remove seed and skin; cut avocado into small pieces and stir into salad. Serve.
