Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cantaloupe chunks
- 1 large orange bell pepper
- 4 oz smoked Gouda cheese
- 4 clementine (or mandarin) oranges
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 20 vanilla sandwich cookies
- 2 cups caramel (or cheddar) popcorn
- 1 cup cheese crackers
- 10 oz cracker-cut cheddar cheese
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 2 cups cheese puff balls
- 2 cups sesame (or whole wheat) crackers
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup whole black olives
- 1 cup dried plums
- 1 cup dried figs
- ½ seedless cucumber
Steps
- Cut cantaloupe chunks into bite-size cubes. Cut bell pepper and gouda into 2-inch-long thin strips. Peel and segment clementines.
- Place in rows on 12-inch serving platter: clementines, apricots, cookies, popcorn, Gouda, cheese crackers, cheddar slices, bell peppers, carrots, cheese puffs, sesame crackers, and cantaloupe.
- Arrange blackberries into two triangle shapes (for eyes), olives into one triangle shape (for nose), and dried plums and figs (for mouth). Slice cucumber and arrange at top of platter (for stem). Serve with your favorite dips.
