Ingredients
- 1 loaf Bakery white mountain bread
- 1 medium ripe tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Deli mayonnaise, divided
- Parchment paper
- ½ cup creamy garlic-herb spread
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 thin slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 4 thin slices Havarti cheese
- 4 thin slices asiago cheese
Steps
- Cut bread into 8 (1-inch-thick) slices; slice tomato. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice, then place mayo-side down on parchment paper.
- Spread garlic-herb spread on inside of bread slices. Sprinkle even amounts parmesan cheese, 1 mozzarella cheese slice, and spinach on 4 slices of bread. Place 1 Havarti cheese slice, 1 asiago cheese slice, and tomato on remaining 4 slices of bread. Close sandwich (mayonnaise side out).
- Preheat large, nonstick sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Place sandwiches in pan, mayo-side down, and cook 2–3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese has melted. Serve.
