Ingredients
- 4 cups specialty chocolate ice cream
- 2 medium bananas
- ½ cup cinnamon almonds (or glazed pecans), coarsely chopped
- 3 full sheets cinnamon graham crackers, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup berry jam
- 2 cups mixed berries (such as blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
- 1 cup whipped topping
Steps
- Remove ice cream from freezer 10 minutes before scooping, to soften. Peel bananas and cut into slices. Chop almonds and graham crackers.
- Divide evenly among 4 (16-oz) glasses (or sundae dishes): one-half each graham crackers, berry jam, bananas, and berries, and one-third each whipped topping and almonds. Top each with ½ cup ice cream; repeat for a second layer. Finish with whipped topping and almonds; serve.
