Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping
- 2 cups mixed berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons + ¼ cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
Steps
- Set cream cheese out to soften; set whipped topping out to thaw. Combine berries, water, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Let stand 12–15 minutes until sugar has dissolved.
- Place cream cheese, vanilla, and remaining ¼ cup sugar in medium bowl; beat with electric mixer until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
- Layer one-half each cream cheese mixture, graham cracker crumbs, and berry mixture in 4 tall parfait glasses. Repeat layers; serve.
Other Preparation Methods
- No-bake: Combine 2 cups rolled oats, ¾ cup almond granola, 1 cup chocolate chips, 3 tablespoons honey, and ¾ cup peanut butter until thoroughly mixed. Press mixture into 9-inch square baking dish. Microwave ¼ cup strawberry jam on HIGH 1 minute; combine with 2 cups mixed berries. Top oat mixture with berry mixture and chill until set. Cut into bars and serve.
