Ingredients
- 4 slices hothouse cucumber (+ more, optional for garnish)
- 2 strawberries (+ more, optional for garnish)
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- Splash of club soda
Steps
- Muddle cucumber slices and strawberries in cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, vodka, vermouth, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with club soda. Garnish with cucumber slice and strawberry, if desired.
Other Preparation Methods
Make it crisp and berry good.
Substitute raspberries for the strawberries, raspberry liqueur for the sweet vermouth, lemon juice for the lime juice, and lemon-lime soda for the club soda. Garnish with raspberries.
Refresh with cucumber.
Substitute cucumber vodka for plain vodka for more refreshing cucumber flavor.
