Ingredients
- 2 small bananas
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds, divided
- 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla (or plain) Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almondmilk
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blackberries, kiwifruit, and pineapple chunks), divided
- ¼ cup pomegranate arils, divided
- 1 cup dried coconut chips (or flakes), divided
Steps
- Peel bananass and cut into chunks. Place bananas, maple syrup, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, almond butter, yogurt, almondmilk, and frozen berries in food processor bowl (or blender); process until smooth.
- Divide berry-banana mixture evenly among servings bowls; top evenly with fresh fruit, remaining 1 tablespoon chia seeds, pomegranate arils, and coconut. Serve.
