Ingredients
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup marsala wine
- ¼ teaspoon banana extract
- ½ teaspoon rum extract
- 4 bananas
Steps
- Place butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, wine, banana extract, and rum extract in large sauté pan on medium. Cook 7–9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sugar is melted and mixture has thickened. Peel bananas and halve lengthwise.
- Add bananas to pan and cook 2–3 minutes until bananas are softened and coated with sauce. Serve.
