Ingredients
- 1 medium vine-ripened tomato
- 1 ripe Hass avocado
- 2 slices Bakery everything loaf bread
- ½ teaspoon Bakery everything seasoning
Steps
- Slice tomato into ¼-inch slices, then cut each slice in half. Halve avocado and remove pit. Scoop out flesh from one-half avocado into small mixing bowl; mash until slightly chunky and easy to spread. Peel remaining one-half avocado and slice.
- Toast bread slices. Evenly spread each bread slice with mashed avocado, then top with tomatoes and sliced avocado. Garnish each bread slice with ¼ teaspoon seasoning. Serve.
