Ingredients

  • 1 medium vine-ripened tomato
  • 1 ripe Hass avocado
  • 2 slices Bakery everything loaf bread
  • ½ teaspoon Bakery everything seasoning

Steps

    1. Slice tomato into ¼-inch slices, then cut each slice in half. Halve avocado and remove pit. Scoop out flesh from one-half avocado into small mixing bowl; mash until slightly chunky and easy to spread. Peel remaining one-half avocado and slice.
    2. Toast bread slices. Evenly spread each bread slice with mashed avocado, then top with tomatoes and sliced avocado. Garnish each bread slice with ¼ teaspoon seasoning. Serve.
